Can not connect the Mini Dock's Wi-Fi?

  1. Please restart the Wi-Fi of your phone.
  2. Please power on the device again and re-enter the configuration interface.
  3. Please do not disconnect the "VOBOT-xxx" AP until the configuration is completed.

Cannot access http://10.9.8.7?

If you cannot open the configuration page at http://10.9.8.7, try the following:

  • Wrong Wi-Fi / hotspot: The Mini Dock's hotspot does not provide internet access, so your phone may automatically switch to another Wi-Fi. Make sure your phone (or the device you use to configure) is connected to the Mini Dock hotspot when you open 10.9.8.7 in the browser. You can also try using a laptop to complete the setup.
  • Network profile: Set your computer's network profile to Private in the system network settings (e.g. Windows: Settings > Network & Internet > your connection > network profile).
  • VPN enabled: If your phone has a VPN turned on, turn it off, configure the Mini Dock network, then turn the VPN back on after setup is done.
