Connected to WIFI but unable to access network

  1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Network & Diagnostics and waiting for diagnostic results.
  2. Operate according to the displayed process on the Mini Dock's screen(Scan the QR code displayed on the screen to obtain the reason).
  3. If that doesn't solve the problem, please contact us with the error code.

Wi-Fi not available when software is upgraded?

  1. Press "ESC" button for 5 seconds.The screen will display text: "Attmping to connect Wi-Fi'factory'".
  2. Please use your phone create a temporally Wi-Fi(Note: Support 2.4 GHz Hotspot Only) hotspot named 'factory', password: 12345678",and turn on the Maximise Compatibility.
  3. Mini Dock will automatically connect to the WiFi to update the firmware.
